Data controller
TIG Tools ("TIG Tools") is the data controller under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK). Contact: info@tig.com.tr.
Personal data processed
- Identity and contact data: e-mail address and optional name (accounts, contact form).
- Customer transaction data: plan, subscription status, usage counters.
- Transaction security data: IP address, log records, password hash, session data.
- Marketing data (only with consent): cookie-based statistics and advertising identifiers.
Purposes and legal grounds
Data is processed to provide the website and accounts (performance of a contract, Art. 5/2-c), to keep the service secure and meet legal obligations (Art. 5/2-ç and 5/2-f, legitimate interest), and, with your explicit consent, for statistics and personalised advertising (Art. 5/1).
Transfers
Data may be transferred to the service providers listed on the Third-party services page (hosting, payment, AI, analytics and advertising providers), some of which are abroad, within the limits of Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK and, where required, based on your explicit consent or appropriate safeguards.
Collection method
Data is collected electronically through the website, account forms, the contact form, cookies (with consent where required) and the payment provider.
Your rights (Article 11)
You can ask whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose and recipients, request correction or deletion, object to results of automated analysis and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing. Send requests to info@tig.com.tr; we answer within 30 days at the latest.
