Refund policy

Cancel any time
You can cancel Pro at any time from your account page (Manage subscription). Cancelling stops future renewals; Pro remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
14-day refund for first payments
If you are not happy with Pro, write to us within 14 days of your first payment for a plan and we will refund it in full. For later renewals, we refund on request if you contact us within 7 days of the renewal date and have not used Pro features since that renewal.
Consumers in the EU, UK and Türkiye
Where the law gives you a right of withdrawal for digital services, you keep that right. Because Pro starts immediately, the law may limit withdrawal once you have used the service; our 14-day refund above is at least as generous in most cases.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are processed by Creem, our merchant of record, to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, the money can take 5–10 working days to appear. Taxes collected are refunded together with the price.
How to request a refund
Use the contact page or write to info@tig.com.tr from the e-mail address of your account, and include the date of the payment. You can also manage your order through the link in the receipt e-mail from Creem.
