Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 22, 2026

Summary

  • The tools process your text and files in your browser. That content is not sent to our servers or stored by us.
  • Like any website, our servers receive technical request data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver pages and protect the service.
  • Optional statistics and advertising cookies are used only if you allow them in the privacy choices.
  • Messages you send through the contact form are stored so we can reply.

Who is responsible

This website is operated by TIG Tools. You can reach us through the contact page or at info@tig.com.tr.

Content you enter into the tools

Text, code, passwords, images and other files you use with the tools are processed locally in your browser using JavaScript. They are not uploaded to our servers, not stored by us and not included in analytics events. Some tools let you download a result; the file is created on your device.

Server and security logs

When you visit the site, our hosting infrastructure processes your IP address, the requested address, date and time, browser and device type, and the referring page. This is necessary to deliver the site, to prevent abuse and to diagnose errors. Logs are kept for a limited period (normally no longer than 30 days) unless needed to investigate a security incident. If the site is served through a content delivery network such as Cloudflare, that provider processes the same request data on our behalf.

Statistics (optional)

If you allow statistics, we use an analytics service (for example Google Analytics 4) to understand which pages and tools are used. We send only events such as “tool opened”, “copy clicked” or “download clicked” with the tool name and language — never the content you enter or the files you process. If you do not allow statistics, no analytics script is loaded.

Advertising

The site may show ads from Google AdSense and, where configured, other networks such as Adsterra. Ad partners may use cookies or similar technologies to show and measure ads, and, with your consent, to personalise them. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for consent through a Google-certified consent tool before personalised ads are shown. You can learn how Google uses data at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and manage ad personalisation at https://adssettings.google.com.

Contact form

If you write to us, we store your name, email address and message to answer you and keep a record of the conversation. We delete these messages when they are no longer needed, normally within 12 months. We do not use them for marketing.

Legal bases

Where data protection laws such as the GDPR or the Turkish KVKK apply, we rely on our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (server logs), on your consent (statistics and advertising cookies) and on your request (contact messages). You can withdraw consent at any time through “Privacy choices” in the footer.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, to data portability and to complain to a data protection authority. To exercise these rights, contact us. We will answer within the time required by law.

Changes

We update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
