How to use it
- Choose A4 or US Letter and a colour theme.
- Add up to three photos; the first is shown large, the others below it.
- Enter the headline, price, address, bedrooms, bathrooms, floor area, description and features.
- Add the agent's details and, optionally, the listing URL to print a QR code.
- Check the preview and download the PDF to print, or the PNG to share online.
How it works
The flyer has a coloured header with the headline and price, a large main photo with up to two smaller photos below, the address and key facts, a description, a features list (in two columns when there are more than four), an optional QR code and a footer with the agent's contact details. Photos are cropped from the centre to fill their frames; choose photos with the subject in the middle.
Everything is drawn on a canvas at 150 dots per inch, which prints well on office printers. The PDF places that image on a single A4 or Letter page, so text is part of the image and cannot be selected. Fonts are your device's system fonts. Long text is wrapped and shortened with "…" if it does not fit.
The QR code is generated in your browser (error correction level M) and links to the address you enter; test it with your phone before printing. Check that your flyer follows the advertising rules for property in your area.
Examples
Open house flyer
Headline "Open house", the date in the description, three photos and the listing URL as a QR code so visitors can see the full gallery.
Rental listing
Headline "For rent", price "€1,450 / month", area in m², features such as "Balcony" and "Pets allowed", in the Coastal theme.
Social media image
Make the flyer as usual and download the PNG to post it or send it in a message.
Frequently asked questions
Can I print it at a print shop?
Yes. The PDF is at the exact A4 or Letter size with a 150 dpi image, which is fine for flyers. Some shops prefer 300 dpi; ask them if quality is critical.
Why are my photos cropped?
Each photo fills its frame and is cropped from the centre so it is not distorted. Use a landscape photo for the main image for the best result.
Does the QR code expire?
No. It simply encodes the web address you typed, so it works as long as that page exists.
Are my photos uploaded?
No. Photos are decoded and drawn in your browser and never leave your device.
Privacy
Photos and details are processed only in your browser. The QR code, PNG and PDF are created on your device; nothing is uploaded or stored.
