Text uses fonts installed on your device, so it can look slightly different on another computer. The PNG contains exactly what the preview shows.

How to use it

  1. Enter a heading, your channel name and the first day of the week.
  2. Tick the days you stream and add a time and a game or title for each.
  3. Check the time zone label, which is filled in from your device.
  4. Pick a theme or your own colours, and an image size.
  5. Download the PNG and post it or set it as your offline image.

How it works

The schedule is drawn on a canvas in your browser at the full output size: 1920×1080 px (16:9, for an offline screen, banner or post on X), 1080×1350 px (4:5, Instagram feed) or 1080×1920 px (9:16, stories). Day names and dates are written in the language of this page, and right-to-left languages are laid out from the right.

Days you do not stream are shown dimmed with your days-off text. Long titles are made smaller to fit and shortened with an ellipsis if they still do not fit, so keep them brief. Times are free text, so you can write 19:00, 7 PM or a range such as 18:00–22:00.

The time zone label is only text: times are not converted. It defaults to your device's time zone and its current UTC offset, which can differ in a week that crosses a daylight saving change. This tool is not affiliated with Twitch, Kick, YouTube, X or Instagram.

Frequently asked questions

Which size should I use?

1920×1080 px fits offline screens, YouTube and posts on X; 1080×1350 px fills the Instagram feed; 1080×1920 px is for stories on Instagram, TikTok or YouTube Shorts.

Are times converted for viewers in other countries?

No. The image shows the times you type and the time zone label. Viewers convert them themselves, so a clear label such as CET or UTC+1 helps.

Can the week start on Sunday?

Yes. Set the first day of the week to a Sunday; the seven days follow from that date.

Why does the font look different on my phone?

The image uses fonts installed on each device. Download the PNG on the device where it looks right; the file itself does not change afterwards.
